ZoraSafe Terms of Service

Welcome to ZoraSafe! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZoraSafe website, mobile app, and related services (“Service”). By creating an account or using ZoraSafe, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement of a parent or guardian to use ZoraSafe. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

To use ZoraSafe, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity on your account.

• ZoraSafe offers a 15-day free trial for new users. You will not be charged until the end of this period.
   
• At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged for the selected plan.
   
• Your subscription will renew monthly unless you cancel before the end of your current billing cycle.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not issue a refund for the current billing cycle.
   
• No refunds or credits are given for partial months or unused periods.
   
• Refunds may be issued only for duplicate charges or technical errors. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support within 48 hours.

If you purchased a ZoraSafe subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play, your payments and any refunds are handled by those platforms and are subject to their terms.

You may use ZoraSafe only for lawful and personal purposes. You may not:

• Use ZoraSafe for illegal activities
   
• Attempt to access, modify, or disrupt the Service or its security
   
• Share your account with others outside your household or organization, except as permitted for group plans

All content, software, and trademarks associated with ZoraSafe are the property of ZoraSafe and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using ZoraSafe, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms or modify the Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or app notification. Your continued use of ZoraSafe after any update means you accept the new Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to ZoraSafe for violating these Terms or engaging in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

ZoraSafe is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use ZoraSafe at your own risk.

ZoraSafe is a tool for education and threat detection, but no security service can guarantee complete protection. You agree that ZoraSafe is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from cybersecurity incidents, including but not limited to data breaches, phishing, scams, or unauthorized access—even if ZoraSafe provided a warning or alert.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
