Free Trial:
All new ZoraSafe users are eligible for a 15-day free trial. You will not be charged until the end of your free trial period.
Subscription Billing:
At the end of the 15-day free trial, your selected subscription plan will begin automatically and you will be billed for the first month.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds once your paid subscription period begins. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds or credits will be provided for any partial or unused subscription periods.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to ZoraSafe for the remainder of your paid billing period. Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
Special Circumstances:
Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate charges or technical errors. Please contact support within 48 hours of the charge if you believe a mistake has occurred.
App Store Purchases:
If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled directly through those platforms and are subject to their respective policies.
